y4 One reason people getting upset is he is openly campaigning for shire president. This is not a piss willy little job it is 250k plus job . Councilor is I think about 40 to 50 k Secondly it is 4000k long flight and then another hr or more odd driving from the place he is supposed to be working. Technically he should then return .if he is going stand by the spirit of his commitments to Queensland gov naif etc. If you add in dead time at airports you are looking at 14 hrs per month just in travel then add in a couple of hours for the meeting and all this before he even starts working for his electorate It is a four year outside commitment in the most critical period of the companies history and future.We are paying a huge amount to get this over the line .He is being paid more than the premier of WA or Queensland being awarded and trying to be further awarded huge incentives and needs to show the appropriate commitment.This is real money and we pay for it with dilution. Until such time as he starts meeting deadlines targets and delivering on some of his promises I would suggest 100k is a more realistic salary and if he wants to do council work remove his council salary from the package. Would love for someone to bring this up at the AGM which I cant attend ,Anyone care to be my proxy.happy to put my name to it
