I'm pretty sus on that. Sure you just haven't changed the name of a contact on your phone and asked him/her to message you with feigned credentials and scrubbed your name to make it look legit???
Sorry just can't imagine an MD texting a share holder substantial or minnow. Anything in writing (quotes of speech included) can be used against you, not to mention being pretty unprofessional. Would've thought he'd know better and as @aaron said some form of careful wording in an Ann would allow the rest of the holders to read between the lines.
