Well, if you had taken notice of all those news items I have been posting over the last 12 months - the ones that the cheerleader liked to denigrate as 'poorly translated' - you would have realized that that has been the case from day 1 and increasingly so as those current suppliers have ramped up their cathode and anode production capacities.
It has all been there in black and white for those with eyes to see!
