First off I am not happy in what is transpiring at the moment and more than a bit peeved however as a matter process the company has not done anything sinister. Making the announcement of his coming into the company as an officer not an executive it was ASX that chose to make the announcement as sensitive? Leaving is up to the company to choose whether or not to make the announcement and as he is an officer and not an executive they chose not to. Id be asking for the shares gifted to him back.
