Irrespective of anything you say, her appointment was announced on the ASX with fanfare! Her role was seen as very important by the company. We can argue the semantics of 'executive' all day but you can't hide from the fact that 2 senior people have left in quick succession. Quite a sign I would think, especially given that one of the few remaining has time-consuming duties as a local government councilor.
