Unfortunately Pete11, the farmers nearby don't want a mine, the farmers don't want to support a pipeline for a mine they don't want. I've spoke 1:1 with some of these farmers. Some of the pipe is proposed on public land as already announced but some on farmland.

The other issue is, where's the announcement of signing an agreement with a coal mine for X amount of Megalitres etc per annum? There's been suggestions of getting water from mines that have excess water but no hard agreement reached, at the moment it's wishful thinking.
The coal mines have agreements already as part of their mining license to supply environmental water flow to a local river or to irrigate agriculture parts of their business.

Happy to see an agreement brought forward if someone has such a thing that they can produce?
