Yeah - its only a scoping study level of accuracy +/-35% and I am wondering why I don't own this, and its really just a matter of haven't done the numbers and deep dive on it yet. No fatal flaws jump out, but obviously the cost of construction and labour and material costs for construction are the big issue today - especially in WA, looks like the increase costs in material and labour have eaten up all the benefits of the increased Cu and Au prices.
Interesting to know that Paradice Investments hold this though - I wasn't aware of that.
