one scenario you may have to wait for there would be:
- Due Diligence by Offtake Partners providing the funding advances falls short of capex requirements
- Another Cap Raise announced
- Long standing holders capitulate due to their finally having enough of the dilution
So IMO for your target price of 0.6 cents you're mostly relying upon the last dot point, maybe ?, but I lean more towards maybe not
