    New proposal.

    Brian pick up the phone and call LLL for a JV in one or both of these projects. They're going to be an ASX listed company cashed up with ~$500M and with mine building experience and now no projects.

    Or LLL offer AAU $40M for the lot and go themselves with the cash to develop everything in the portfolio.
