And only in the case that they MLV want to advance exploration to the copper properties, would they then introduce this third party investor into MLV. (which they have two of that are interested) Otherwise conserve cash, and keep the 50-50 partnership into NS development.

But there you have it, the proposed first cash cow, pending off take funding.

What are the odds if the hook is already baited, then that these two fish are pulled in ? The market would look favorably with both off take funding for NS, AND further cash injection but the MLV becomes a three way JV. etc.
