Re grades...yes the grades are low, but grade is ultimately just a sub-component of the ultimate opex number. There are high-grade deposits that don't work, and low-grade ones that do. It's the opex numbers that incorporate the grades, and are then combined with capex to guesstimate the irr & npv.
