    At this point in time it seems the holders of 3 mill TTR were not impressed with the long-awaited Scoping Study and sold down very quickly - as low as 5.7c!
    Why?
    Good announcement, with emphasis on the likelyhood of further enhancements as the project continues towards Feasability. So why dump into the announcement?
    Confusing, considering the markets are up.
