I'd say you're right, Robo, but its strange that they would be selling off such large volumes for a quick buck with hopefully good news around the corner.
I admit I had planned to sell some into the scoping study for a profit IF a substantial rise in the sp had occurred (as we had hoped) - and then bought back in weakness. But as you say, the Scoping Study was ignored :-( .
