@Dariiush why wouldn't we want to the company to release fantastic news? The only reason the announcement could contribute to a lower share price is because institutions love the stock (perhaps even more after the announcement) and try to keep a lid on it to accumulate. If this is the case it's a very short term thing, and a positive for retailers also looking to accumulate. Basically who cares what the price did today or this week, assuming fundamentals are strong, which they are, its all about a longer timeframe. IMHO, there is no question it will outperform the RE sector in the next 12 months and that's all that matters to me.
