SNG announcement today, another piece of the jigsaw puzzle, ask yourself why would they be commissioning a scoping study, for the building of a ore processing plant, if they weren’t confident, that they had the ore and more importantly the gold to put through it. It also makes a lot of sense that if they proceed after the scoping study to gain all the necessary permits etc needed to build a processing plant, it significantly derisks the company in the eyes of a large predator, looking to take over SNG, or makes the company, that much more attractive to anyone interested in a mining joint venture, so IMHO, a very positive announcement. Obviously by the share price action today, a few nervous flippers, disappointed, that the announcement, was, wasn’t the essay results, all in good time. There is heaps of more drilling to be done all over SNG tenements in NZ, over the next few years. Ask yourself, why was Brian Rodan, buying on market a week or so ago, why did he exercise all his options at 25 cents, when as a seed shareholder, he already has shit loads of shares, why are they proceeding, with a scoping study, to build a processing plant, if there is not a very economic gold resource there. Mineral Explorers like Brian Rodan, live for exploration, finding and proveing up a large resource, and when you have such a large position, as he has in SNG as well as ICL the only way out is either in a takeover, or joint venture, sometimes you need to read between the lines. There are many more pieces of the SNG jigsaw puzzle to be added yet, but each piece added, makes the picture, that little bit clearer. As always DYOR.
