    Noticed that STB used an MOP price of $500 in their recent Scoping study. Longterm floor price appears to be $200-$300 so $500 appears outrageously optimistic. This throws the calculated NPV and IRR of the project into negative or slightly marginal territory based upon a ridiculous price assumption. www.ICIS.com provides plenty of information for punters on global MOP trade and pricing!
