Useful but not quite what I expected to be announced, it is the farthest out piece of information necessary for AEV's interim survival. In fact it bears no relation to AEV's survival in the interim as this is not on the critical path to use project parlance. It is about as useful as having a loose paper arrangement for the right to use some yet-to-be-commercially-proven technology from some distant lands.

What IS (or WAS) on the critical path is the DSO focus and it is slipping both in terms of delivery and in regards being reported on by AEV. The FEED results are way over due as is the Mine Management Plan and these were subject to the testing samples being acceptable for the purpose for which they were provided and an offtake agreement being entered in to for the supply of DSO phosphate granules. Absent of getting this done they cannot mine anything from the tenements as they need this to get the mining licence. EVERYTHING else stops unless this is done.

The Chairman needs to get focused.

This mornings trading (and even the prior two days of softening share price) activity tends to confirm the above - dumping on a declining share price.
