At a flat Tin price I get GIPs 30% at an NPV(10) of US$14.3m (although there are a number of other factors G&A, D&A, Interest, etc, which will knock it down a bit lower).
In these inflationary times I actually prefer to assume a compound increase in metal pricing of circa 5% annually. Applying that to Tin the NPV attributable to GIP works out at more like US$47m. Even if I am being a bit over-optimistic it is certainly a big multiple of the recently proposed $800k !!!
