I wonder where they will get $400m usd to build this plant, might be 50% cost shared with Tsipi or another joint venture partner.
Very hard to raise this amount of capital at this part of the cycle with manganese price being so low. So would need to be a partner from within the manganese sector who understands the business well and could possibly contribute rather than just finance it.
