When I first became aware of the hpmsm it was around the same time as the general meeting and felt (to me) as a flimsy attempt at hitting KPIs related to innovation to justify salary packages and share allocations. Perhaps I am being overly cynical.
Has something useful or tangible come from the hpmsm ? Or is it more papers for the bottom drawer?

Not a gotcha question, but why do you think ACMI / Hans / etc collectively took the first opportunity to offload shares at something resembling parity if there was trust in current management to unlock additional value in the company?
