I would like to understand why Jupiter is paying for the research and study of this new ev battery mineral concept, and Tsipi is paying nothing
Jupiter can’t buy any mined ore without a contract and arrangement with Tsipi and even if they have that agreement, why wouldn’t Tsipi just supply another competitor at a better price when it was offered.
It doesn’t make sense and management needs to explain all of this in clearer detail.
