some here are missing the fact they Jupiter doesn’t control Tsipi mine, Jupiter needs the ore product, and the transport etc…,there should be no assumptions because Jupiter has no control of a mine and it is just a shareholder of one.
without the control of the mine and the mined product and access to transport, then the supply of ore could go to another processing plant in the long term.
if jupiter built and ran this processing plant alone, they would go from a mining company to a chemical processing company, and would then be at the mercy of mines that supply the ore, including Tsipi.
after having a close look at this , the idea of Jupiter going this alone and paying for all the research and study, and possibly even the entire plant construction, just doesn’t make sense.
some here are missing the fact they Jupiter doesn’t control...
