The market has spoken on another shite show. If you don't have a jv with a middle company or a major, your cactus. The retail holders have been screwed all over the place. A year ago it probably would have flown on this proposal. Poorly executed. My guess is they approached the private capital providers about a below-market raise, but their clients weren't too happy, getting stuck with stock in this market. So they have to go to the poor old retail shareholders- whilst directors could be flogging off their free stock in the market. My guess is this will all come to zilch. Seriously directors are you kidding in this market . DYOR
