    I agree, but I suppose they wanted to start with a lower capex, more 'affordable' entry point for the 'base model'. If they had started straight with a presumably higher capex 5 Mtpa option, that would have drawn flak too. Maybe they should have released all three cases simultaneously... woulda shoulda coulda.
