Management don't want to appear too forward looking with their numbers so they decide on production numbers that would make sense in todays world. you can see on battery grade manganese future growth chart that demand will increase exponentially. I'm willing to bet that production will increase YoY alongside the manganese market for many years until EVs hit critical mass adoption.
