Baltic Index is down due to Indonesia's ban of shipping coal. Once exports start again the demand will be huge as Indonesia is the worlds largest supplier of coal, there is a huge pent-up demand building up due to the export ban.
The ban to ease in two weeks time, E25 better get the ship loaded shortly.
