Way above my paygrade - but I'm sure there's a few retailers with OCD that'll be filling over past similar rare earths companies in the next couple of weeks. The Instos etc will do better with greater resources and will make their judgement in the near future, I guess. From a retailer with the limited info on offer - ARR looks very promising.
