Anything can happen in the rare earth space.
Just look at vital minerals, one minute there mining the next minute their almost on their knees.
As much as its great to be in the rare earth space...it's a well-trodden track and only one company has made it pass the gate...ie Lynas.
I think the market knows the risks associated.

Yeah there's more upside for the moment till they start raising capital and do a pilot project ,
so they can prove, that they can produce and sell the product at 4 x 9. Then go all hog with the big capex.
The outside factor will be the financing, that will be the proof in the npv.

Its looking good for the stock, but nothing wrong with a little conservatism.
