Some people have no more money to buy or their current exposure to RMX that they wish to take on is maxed out. Sure this could be good but if it all goes tits up than you don't want all your eggs in one basket.
Still need plenty of news flow to get this back to 3c so I wouldn't be getting too excited but I certainly wouldn't say it's bad news.
