The 1 year voluntary escrow was mentioned on the initial 15 October 2018 announcement page 7 but does not appear to have been included in the notice of general meeting dated 1st May 2019 resolution 2.
Page 19 of the announcement 1st May 2019 shows the vendors. Aside from John Downie notices pending, there should have been notices of initial substantial holder from Robert Pearce and Andrew Matheson each just above 5% this week.
It will be interesting to find out if any of these vendors have been selling today or if the original plan to voluntarily escrow was cancelled. The recent 2A announcement does not have any of the 116,630,000 in the unquoted securities category
