One could argue that the desirable SS reinforced the decision to seek greater expertise leading into mine development which will require more diverse skills and experience particularly financial capabilities.
I would say that if a person is right for the job then the money talks and you are asked to hold your seat.....the departure in my opinion was in the best interests of the business moving forward.
