I'm not trying to confirm anything. It's my opinion that the SS was less than desirable. It's my opinion that his departure is at a bad time given my opinion (shared by others). I agree that nothing you or I have to say carries weight until the company confirms the reasons. Until then we are free to follow the bouncing ball.
Nick walking away for the reasons I mentioned are as reinforceable and baseless as the reasons suggested by other posters e.g winsomelose.
It's open for discussion right now. All I will say it that it is an extraordinary sequence of events to have a CEO resign for reasons unknown on the same day(?) as the greatly anticipated scoping study.
