All penny dreadful stocks will eventually need to consolidate. It's a necessary requirement so they can then raise capital.
While the shares are cheap, punters, like all of us, pour our cash in. We don't mind spending a few thousand dollars as it doesn't hurt if we lose it.
But would we be willing to enter MLS if the share price was, say fifteen cents ?
Management would really have to step up, real financial institutions would not tolerate poorly run companies if they invested in that company. Management would toe the line or out they go.
Focus only have 398.22 million shares outstanding, so maybe they have already consolidated.
