Low Capex. High IRR. Upside through further exploration success. Copper and gold likely in boom markets with possibility for price improvement. Better returns and more copper and gold mined if using current commodity prices. Mention of debt financing instead of raising capital. All seemed pretty positive so I expect price will fall lol.
