I think you are paying $110mil for a $180mil project that is at best 5 years away and very marginal.
I have always said this is an exploration project not a development project but AGE keep beating that drum.
Blackbush is the geochemical anomaly, not the mine.
Plus the connection between Blackbush and Plumbush needs to be determined.
Explore these 2, if you can't increase the tonnage AND grade, move on.
