the whole goal of the turnaround strategy was to build-out resources to accommodate a 10yr mine life development case
the recent 4-5 hole campaign was supposed to go along towards this, but I think it failed
so they have decided to buy tonnage in, to meet the development case objectives
viscaria is low grade for an u/g development, and the new project is no different.
i think avi needs much higher copper prices to be financable, but when they come, it'll sling shot higher pretty quick
