there were mergers - at least 2 during this 5 year period that contributed to growth. And remember, sunsuper was an industry fund not a retail business with a network of financial advisers. Sunsuper has not itself merged with another fund.
Hartley’s experience does show him to be a competent super fund administrator in the industry fund sector. But this is very different to the the ifl role. And the role he had at AMP.
