Ann: Scout secures $2M Convertible Note facility, page-19

Taken a position here for hopefully the 7c support area. Got some big partners for such a nano cap tech stock. Never a fan of con notes but from what I gather there's a floor price at 7c for this first tranche. If they draw on the remaining notes then it could death spiral to 3c, however if they keep kicking goals and partnering up then unlikely. Its worth following this story for the next few quarters to see the momentum continue that they currently have and one would hope that risk of further draw downs are reduced. Look like biggest overheads are staff costs however Dan stated they will be wanting to ramp up marketing soon to penetrate potential markets.
