In the USA, SDF has looked for established targets that would benefit from how SDF runs its network, but we'd keep the existing management. The new entrants then talk to others who say 'how can we also join.'
Mr Kelly said there's a chalk and cheese difference between the way aggregation occurs in the USA to how SDF does it. He said 'if a choice, you'd talk the cheese' referring to SDF as 'the cheese'.
There will be more details re the USA expansion outlined at the AGM.
