    It has been more than one month, ANS/WAPRC is still not able to show the capital structure and source of funds i.e., $100 million to the ASX. Does WAPRC really have $100 million or not? Has WAPRC lodged the application for Outbound investment to the NDRC Shanghai office? If yes, why does not ANS/WAPRC announce it? NO NEWS means BAD news.LOL
