    Has anyone done recalculation of dilution factor if no one exercises options. It appears that Porter does not have 12mil otherwise I see no reason doing separate CR. If he does not exercise his options other investors are small in number. This may or may not be the case. I also note that CR has been underwritten therefore whether any of us exercise our opportunity or not it does not matter.
