Couple of things.
1. The Mozambique work is with the majors eg Rio Tinto - would think it is rock solid to get
2. The also have operational contracts not just build and handover - these also generate cashflow when the big projects slow up
3. I would suggest that the Discovery Revenue is already been booked FY2012 with no provisision not to collect - but as I stated before - I would back these guys before Discovery
4. Yep - its tough out there in coal land and many projects on hold - but projects will come back on in time, CHPP will need to be updated and refurbed and these guys are the best in the game imo

I hold and have bought plenty more in the mid 90's
