In the scheme of things not huge news given the looming potential here and someone knows it.

It is quality news all the same as it may avoid previous issues surrounding the TON/ Mozambique relationship.

Its a good move politically as it brings these entities together with a Mozambican company.

It again feels of the touch of Rod Zhang.

BUT I think thats discounting Adrian Costellos input here.

Hes been extremely hands on over the last year and a half and guess what,
