Goldfinger i am not sure i agree - it seems to me to be very profitable on current numbers and has been for a while . If you buy $10k worth of SDX shares say at current SP 7.0cents you will pick up $11.5k worth of BD1 shares on merger assuming current SP of 3.1cents. So a tidy % increase or $1.5k profit book value . Values of both could change until next week ( 23rd) of course and then for BD1 after merger but right now it seems like the better deal by far to me.
