Just look at the SP and spare me your superior self acknowledged understanding of matters. The last announcement from STX was a doozy and SN intimated that they were doing all this (peaking power plant) just for good old WA and its citizens. Noble indeed and nothing to do with the fact that the gas they expected to encounter didn't eventuate. Like contracts for sports people these days those announcements are subject to change and basically not worth the paper they are written on. FFS we don't even know about gender these days.
