I think most of the TPD shareholders who don't want to convert will have already sold on-market. So I think the new shareholders won't be flipping shares straight away.
On the plus side, STX will have its revenue boosted significantly by the Walyering cashflows. We can also say good bye to Athos.
Personally, though, I think its "Game on" after the TPD transaction is complete (or is rejected).
