I did say maybe. As a TPD shareholder too, that's the last thing I want. Or for the SOA to be rejected.
It will be a matter of how much TPD owe Strike, via the line of credit, and their cash levels versus other commitments (e.g. appointing a whole new management and board). It will also be a matter of how much income is received from Walyering and, more importantly, when.
