It does sound like someone or a few have come knocking on Chris McKeown's door. There could even be interest from
the US given that Cuba is in their backyard.
As long as a rich lister is supportive of the board and provides equity at a premium it would be advantageous for normal shareholders. It adds another layer of protection against a hostile bid.
