Is there really a need to go from exec to non exec? Would it not be more prudent to have Brett overseeing the operation rather than a couple of new bloods that will take time to get up to speed? Not a good look, I suspect boutique funds may exit if they have any stock, moves like this may be viewed as the great escape and put in the fall guys. We never know the real intentions do we?
