Hard call, at present doesn't look that good. You don't know what they could announce prior to when the options expire though.

My thoughts are if the price goes up quickly just prior and only those with cash ready can convert. I'm in the camp where I would be wanting to sell some options, however in that scenario the options may not necessarily follow up any share price rise. It's a tough call and the clock is ticking down.
